M.A. in Applied Psychology (South Campus) 2012-2013
Course Requirements:
1) B.A. (Hons.) / B.A. (Pass) /B.A. Programme Examination in Psychology of Delhi University and other Universities recognized by Delhi University
Marks Requirements : 55% marks or above in Psychology and 55% marks in aggregate
2) Graduation from Delhi University or other Universities recognized by Delhi University.
Marks Requirements : 60% marks or above in aggregate
3) Post-Graduation from Delhi University or other Universities recognized by Delhi University
Marks Requirements : 60% marks or above in aggregate
Fifty percent seats will be reserved for B.A. (Hons.) Applied Psychology /B.A. (Hons.) Psychology from Delhi University students and will be filled up on the basis of merit. Candidates are, however, required to take Entrance Test, Group Discussion & Interview for determination of merit.
An Entrance Test will be conducted followed by Group Discussion and interview for admission to this course in addition to the basic eligibility requirements as given above.
Note:

(a) The Questions will be set from the following areas:
a) General Psychology
b) Social Psychology
c) Research Methods & Statistics in Psychology
d) Clinical Psychology
e) Industrial Psychology/Organisational Behaviour
f) Areas of Applied Psychology
g) Physiological Psychology
h) Personality
(b) The duration of test will be three hours.
(c) The written test will consist of objective type questions.
(d) Candidates getting less than 40% marks in the Entrance Exam will not qualify for the group
discussion and interview.
(e) All applicants are required to pay a registration fee of Rs. 400/- (for General & OBC category) and Rs.100/-(for SC/ST/PH Category) non-refundable by a Bank Draft/ Demand Draft of the State Bank of India drawn in favour of the Director, University of Delhi, South Campus, New Delhi -110021, payable at State Bank of India, Delhi University Branch (South Campus).
A priced Bulletin of Information with the admission form will be available in the Department of Psychology, Applied Psychology Unit, Arts Faculty Building, University of Delhi, South Campus, Benito Juarez Road, New Delhi-110021.
Entrance Exam: Tuesday, July 3, 2012 Time: 10.00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m
List of successful candidates for admission : Wednesday, July 11, 2012 Time: 5.00 p.m.
Interview : Saturday, July 7, 2012 Time: 10.00 a.m. onwards
