Prospectous and Admission Form can be obtained from the counter of Rs. 200/- or by post through DD/M.O. of Rs. 250/- and Rs. 300/- (for technical) in favour of "Indian Institute of Professional Studies" Deep Bhawan, Polytechnic Chauraha, Faizabad Road, Indira Nagar, Lucknow-226016. Last date of submitting the application form is 25.06.2012 and with late fees of Rs. 200/- is 30.06.2012. Medium of Examination:-Hindi/English/Regional Languages. Exam to be held in May and December.
