The University has prescribed special Computerized Examination Form at the cost of Rs. 150/-. The students of UG Classes are required to fill up the said form for the session 2012-13 as compulsory. The extra cost of the form amounting to ? 50/- be remitted in addition to examination admission fee in the shape of IPO's/Bank Draft to be drawn in favour of Director, ICDEOL, H.P. University Shimla-5. The computerized examination admission form will be separately supplied to the students admitted to ICDEOL alongwith study material etc.

Dates for receipt of admission/enrolment forms DE-9 to DE-15 duly completed and accompanied with the required documents and the prescribed fee shall be as under

Without late fee - 05.10.2012

(i) With late fee up to 20.10.2012 - Rs. 500/-

(ii) With late fee up to 05.11.2012 - Rs. 1000/-

(iii) Late fee with the approval - Rs. 1500/-

of Vice-Chancel lor up to 14.1.2013
