The candidates will submit the filled in application form with all relevant documents along with two cross Demand Draft for Rs 150/- in favour of "Comptroller of Finance, Utkal University" and Rs. 250/- in favour of "Centre for MSW", payable at Bhubaneswar. Application form can downloaded from website (www.mswutkal.org) and same may be sent by speed/register post or by hand to centre for MSW along with all requisite fees.

An entrance test will be conducted by the university on 03.07.2012 in the university campus. The candidates having MAT/CAT/MANAGE/OJEE score are exempted from the above test.
